If a figure, date or name on a page is wrong, please include the address of the page, what should change and the source that shows it. Corrections to figures are made against the original source, so a link to the report, dataset or legislation helps most.

Suggestions

Suggestions for disasters to add to the case-study atlas, schemes missing from the comparison or research reports for the document library are read and answered when there is something to add.

Questions about a policy or a claim

Questions about a specific policy or claim are answered by the insurer that issued it, or by the national scheme described on the relevant scheme page, which lists each scheme's own contact route.
