D7.2 Report: Development of MSPs
Deliverable D7.2, due in April 2014, reported on the development of multi-sector partnerships in the ENHANCE case studies, among them those formed in the Po basin after the 2012 earthquake and the 2003 drought.
- Deliverable: D7.2, report, work package 7
- Full title: Development of MSPs (multi-sector partnerships)
- Named on the record: Jaroslav Mysiak, as uploader; no author list is printed
- Timing: delivery month 17, which corresponds to April 2014 (project month 1 being December 2012); no version number printed
Multi-sector partnerships, abbreviated MSPs throughout ENHANCE, were the project’s central object of study. D7.2 reported on how such partnerships were developing in the case studies.
The January 2015 publications roundup described the report as covering the partnerships that formed in the Po river basin in Northern Italy after two events (video and publications record):
- the earthquake of May 2012, which damaged land-drainage infrastructure and led to an emergency plan for controlled flooding of farmland;
- the drought of 2003, after which a Drought Steering Committee of the major water users was set up.
Both partnerships are described in detail in the Po basin case study. The Po case was coordinated from FEEM, where Jaroslav Mysiak led the case-study research across the project, as he explained in an interview in March 2015.
D7.2 sits alongside the conceptual guidance in D2.4, which set out how the case studies should approach partnerships in the first place.
The report is listed in the document library.
